Getting started

What to tell us about your product

You do not need all of this at the start. It helps us design packaging that fits your product and says what it needs to say.

  • What the product is, and who buys it
  • The size of the box or container, or a photo of it with a ruler beside it
  • The words that must be on the pack, such as the product name, the weight and the ingredients
  • Your logo, and any photos you want to use
  • Packaging you like from other brands, as examples

Questions

Packaging and label questions

What is the difference between a label and a sticker?

A label usually carries product information, such as the name, the ingredients and the weight, and goes on a bottle, jar or bag. A sticker is often smaller and is used to seal a pack or add a detail, such as a flavour or an offer.

What do you need from me to design packaging?

The product name and logo, the size of the box or container, the text that must appear on the pack, and any photos. A photo of the container with a ruler beside it helps us get the size right.

Can you design a new label for a bottle or jar I already use?

Yes. Send us the measurements of the area where the label goes and a photo of the container, and we design the label to fit.
